1 Imp Fluid Ounce = 0.1 Imp Cup = 28.4131 milliliters
1 Imp Cup = 10 Imp Fluid Ounces = 0.284131 liters
Thus, in order to convert volume given in cups into volume given in ounces, use these formulas:

V_{(Imp fl oz)}= 10 * V_{(Imp Cup)}
